“I had been cvonsidering undertaking this qualification for a while when 5Star came up on a search engine. The e-portfolio is very simple to use, but I would recommend anyone considering this course to purchase the course guidebook. It is full of pointers, explanations and examples that make the assignments so much easier than attempting to write from scratch. The designated support team are there to assist you when you need them, and typically respond within 24 hours. I had to use them two or three times and found their advice easy to follow and of great use. Don't get me wrong, some of the assignments are still brainwracking, but it's all what we do on a daily basis anyway, just getting the information down onto paper. Based on this course, I would highly recommen 5Starcourses to anyone considering furthering their career, and I for one will be using them next year to continue mine.”
