“I recently completed the Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (RQF) with My5StarCourses and had a great experience overall. The enrolment process was really smooth – I just purchased the course, received my login details, and was able to access everything immediately with no issues. The learning platform was user-friendly and easy to navigate. I didn’t need to use the support ticket system, but the knowledge base for this particular course felt a bit basic. Unlike my previous two courses with them, there wasn't a sample for the professional discussion form in one of the modules. Thankfully, my assessor was still able to guide me through, so it didn’t hold things up. The learning materials themselves were a little basic in presentation, but the sample examples included were incredibly helpful and made it clear what was expected. The support team has always been great – easy to reach and really helpful. I especially like that I can speak to someone directly on the phone, and they always get back to me quickly if they don’t have the answer right away. That level of service is one of the reasons I’ve come back to study more courses with them. Finally, my assessor’s feedback was clear, constructive, and to the point. I didn’t need a lot of support, but the guidance I received was really helpful in showing exactly where improvements were needed. “Good experience within the course. Easy to navigate, good support and prompt to respond. Only trouble is that takes too long to mark unless you pay 24h marking and only five assignments submissions a week are allowed. On the whole, good experience and great price!”
