“The course was easy enough to navigate and generally provided a good platform to work through the necessary learning stages . On occasions the marking was slow but understandable during the pandemic . I might have benefited from more verbal interaction with tutors but ultimately I was able to source and understand everything that I needed . Whilst the course was a good vehicle for completing the qualification I do think that nothing can substitute actually sitting in a class with a tutor .”

“The support from the Assessors was spot on. Very quick to correct assignments and they always gave very clear feedback on work submitted and any other guidance I requested. They were especially flexible with the time I needed to take the course, which was much appreciated. It was good to have learning materials to aid with the coursework, especially the samples of observation forms. All in all, very satisfied with the course.”

“Great course, helpful tutors and simple platform to use. I really enjoyed completing the units and found it quite easy. Some of the criteria was a little repetitive, combining the criteria would solve this. Also an email contact would be helpful as I couldn’t always call the helpline.”

“I have completed many qualifications with 5 Star Courses. The reasoning for me returning time after time is down to simplicity. There is no confusing sign-up process, no pushy sales techniques, and most importantly, completing a qualification in your own time without deadlines to meet. Perfect for those with busy schedules who want a qualification and can do the assignment work dipping in and out when free time permits. My experience from start to finish, the customer service process, from the welcome call to the continued support through telephone calls and emails, has been excellent. My work was marked on time, and good developmental feedback was provided, helping me achieve the qualification. I have had negative experiences with training providers in the past who have let me down and promised all sorts to get my business. That's certainly not my experience with 5 Star Courses, which is why I will continue to return. My experience can only be described as being positive and excellent. In summary for simplicity, choose 5 Star Courses. They are the Ronseal effect "They do exactly what they say on the tin".”

“The initial set up was ok, however there was no tutor interaction and I struggled to read through everything and take note prior to starting the work. When I did manage to communicate with the tutor I found it awkward as there was no introduction at the beginning. I have achieved other teacher education qualifications prior to this course and I think without previous tutor lead qualifications I would have struggled and felt very unsupported.”

“Excellent course and teaching material. Staff were very supportive during COVID and were always willing to assist with observations. I wish I signed up for this instead of the Teacher training. I would have saved a bundle and been properly trained to teach.”

“Completed my L5 DET in around 13 months. Assignment feedback was pretty quick and flexible options for the teaching observations. Overall happy with the experience. LMS could do with being upgraded due to speed and is not the most user friendly.”

“Where do I start, wanted to do the course but with many places wanting you to do the course in a specified amount of time I got to know of this company from a colleague and i have had no regrets. The course is set out very well with support available should you need it(I did a number of times) with a tutor on hand. It is well worth it and after receiving my certificate today I cant thank you enough. Ms~”

“Completed the Level 4 Certificate of Education and Training. At first was dubious about how much support I would be given to complete the work but really happy with the support provided during the 6 months it took to complete the qualification. Platform easy to navigate around and upload work to. E mails or phone calls were always responded to in a day or so. Reports marked within 5 days or less and useful feedback provided. Would definitely use this company again.”

“5 Star Courses have been brilliant from the word go. I had originally enrolled onto the same course with a different provider but unfortunately they went under - with all of my work! I had to enrol to complete the course again and the support and excellence from 5Star Courses has been amazing. It has made my experience so much more enjoyable. To top it off, I needed this qualification to complete my QTLS and had a deadline of 12 weeks. 5Star Courses have been so efficient and speedy that they enrolled me, marked my work and sent my certificate in 10 weeks. Thank you to everyone in 5Star Courses, from the guys on the phone to the assessors. All of you have made my experience a better one. I will look to complete further qualifications with you.”

“5 Stars courses is the best place to study your accredited courses. At first I always thought their quality and deliverables will be less but I was wrong although I haven't completed my Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice but due to their unlimited tutor support and Rapid marking response I have been able to recommend and get three of mine friends to get onboard with 5Starcourses and they are also glad with their services.”

“What can I say, I've been extremely impressed by the efficiency of marking and turnaround of final certificate. The support available has been great (thanks Kate). Completed 2 of 3 courses so far. If you're looking for an Assessing and Teaching qualification, this provider is one of the best out there. Only suggestion would be that the e-portfolio could be updated. The assignments and learning material section are a little cluttered but that's just me.”
