“Great service, honoured a price match and we got a great deal on a high end kitchen that would have cost a lot more. Delivery guys were great and having everything pre-assembled saved on my labour costs too!”

“From simply being welcomed into the showroom I knew that Wren was the place to buy my dream kitchen. A young girl welcomed us in and helped us look round and estimate the price of our new kitchen. We had a design done using our own measurements but a surveyor came out to make sure everything was correct. I expected this to cost something as I'd already been into the showroom but it was all free!! She was lovely and got on with measuring and it was no inconvenience at all. Back in the showroom the following week and our designer was a star. She gave lots of great advice and used her expertise to help us chose what was right for us. Couldn't have been better. Paid my deposit and got everything started. There was lots of communications which some people might find annoying but the lady at customer service was patient and helpful and said she was just wanting to make sure our delivery times and everything were right for us so I couldn't see this as a bad thing. Some companies ignore you too much, Wren made me a feel valued. Delivery was smooth and they brought it to exactly where I asked, it wasn't left outside like some other companies do (our sofa for example!!) I didn't use Wren installation but I really wish I had. I appreciate this is a review for Wren but my fitter didn't do a great job and my gorgeous kitchen could have been ruined if I hadn't been more aware of what was happening. Looking back I would have definitely taken up installation as well. I guess you really do get what you pay for. Overall, I can't recommend Wren enough. Yes they are in a very competitive market but I trust them. You can always find bad reviews about any company but Wren have made my kitchen experience perfect. If I ever need another kitchen I will definitely be coming back and I will 100% recommend them to anyone.”

“The service we had from the start was 1st class. The girls in store couldnt do more for us. Not only did they beat our quote, they also improved our design and included some extras. We couldnt be happier with our kitchen”

“A great experiance through the process from design through to finished products. Delivery was prompt and professional. We opted to install the units ourselves and encountered one minor issue with a few bolts being too short but after a quick call to customer services replacements were sent by next day courier. lol in all very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend!”

“Right from the start before we had even decided on our purchase Wren Kitchens were professional. The staff were patient, helpful and in helping us to decide on our design and colour. When the kitchen arrived the delivery was on time and efficient. The quality of the product is excellent and now we have the full use and enjoyment of our new kitchen it is a pleasure to know we made the right choice. “I had an issue with the end panel for my new kitchen. I emailed Hollie Pass at the Merry Hill Centre store who phoned me back without delay. I explained my issue and she immediately ordered a new panel. This was excellent customer service. Thank you Wren Kitchens.”

“Had the kitchen fitted just over a month ago, still love it when I walk in and see it, quality is excellent and holds up well to knocks and bangs, I would purchase the touch up kit when you buy your new kitchen just in case. Over all very pleased with the hole process of buying a kitchen from Wren.”
