“My order turned out amazing and my finace loved his personalised xbox one controller. The image is very clear. But had to cut bear analogue sticks to stop lumps. But still looks great. Communication was poor as never recieved a reply to an email i wrote but still perfect”

“The phone cover is great, it looks fab. My only issue was that I never received any confirmation of my order so started to think it hadn't went through, I emailed twice but never got any response, it was only when I checked my bank account and seen the payment had been taken that I started to think there was something not right however when I eventually made contact the guy I spoke to was very helpful and reassured me that very thing was okay and I received the cover a few days later.”

“Reasonably quick service, but I received no communications at all....no receipt or acceptance of payment; no estimated delivery time or tracking number etc. The picture I uploaded and its background were not printed centrally on the phone case.”

“On placing the order, i did not receieve the confirmation email i was told would arrive. I followed this up the following day by contacting your support team, to which i got no reply. 3 days later i followed up by email, and once again i got no reply. During this time i rang the number on the website numerous times but the phone was never picked up. I assumed after being ignored the product would never arrive so i went out and bought a new phone case only to find a few days later your case arrived, despite not receiving a single reply to any of my correspondance. The phone case i received is actually great and worth every penny but for the readons set out i will not be using you again.”

“Waited nearly a month for the order to arrive - only got a 50% off voucher for another order - not sure I will be using again! When it did the item has an imperfection bottom centre in photograph which cannot be removed by cleaning. It does not fit the paperwhite exactly correctly.”
