“Order took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, no return phone call even though I left 3 messages, no return email either. You have a phone that nobody answers and a email inbox nobody replies to. Shocking customer service. Will not be returning to purchase anything else!!”

“It took more than 2 weeks to get my item despatched, despite multiple emails from myself. Item finally arrived three weeks to the day after I ordered, but only half of the skin was present. Was promised a refund but none has been given.”

“I found it very easy to design online and the quality of the product when it arrived was excellent! You always worry when printing photos onto things that the quality will be good enough but I was really impressed and will definitely order more from Wrappz in the future.”

“Nice skin, unfortunately did not adhere to my phone, and no protective quality at all. Would not recommend or use again, this was a free offer from 02 priority, so nothing lost really, if I’d had to pay for it I would be disappointed.”

“Great personalisation. Only floor is it doesn’t protect the phone at the top or bottom! I’ve found out the hard way so am pretty disappointed! Now my phone has dents at the bottom and scratches to the top!”
