“I ordered a 16 plus max and the wrong phone case was sent I have emailed but no response”

“Used Wrappz again as a returning customer, after a great job with my iPhone SE back in 2020. That phone took one or two knocks, and drops, but the case did it's job, and the phone is being returned for Trade-in against my new one. Made a whole new personalised re-design "Tough" case for my new iPhone 16e and ordered it. The deisgn process took a little while, back and forth with ideas, but a reasonably easy process... Take your time and get it right before you order!... The case arrived within 4 (working) days, I think, which was quicker than expected... and it looks great. Just as I'd designed it... Very pleased with the result, and service from Wrappz once again. If anything could be improved, I'd suggest email, or text updates regarding the order process, i.e. case in production, case despatched etc... but otherwise I would recommend Wrappz for your new phone case. 👍😎”

“Excellent service. The options for pictures is fabulous. The tough case is the best I've seen, with the best side buttons so it's easy to use. Super quick delivery. Will be ordering all cases from here going forward. 100% recommend”

“There was a blemish on the case from being printed, which is really annoying to look at. That, and mag charging barely works with it. Wouldn’t recommend, feels like a waste of money.”
