“I’ve used Wrappz several time. The cases are as they say tough. The service was fantastic, from ordering my personalised case to delivery was less than 5 days. My last case from Wrappz lived up to its name, it lasted 4 years & was only change due to a phone upgrade.”

“I won iPhone case with McDonald’s & ordered it on 9/11/25 but I still haven’t received it I’ve emailed customer service’s 3 times & they keep saying the McDonald’s one take longer to process but it’s been just over a month & I still haven’t got it yet first I was told it would be 3 working days then I should get it the following week now I’ve been told they expect it to process in the next few working days so I am getting really frustrated with being messed around”

“Order processed and delivered quickly. However, disappointed with the product. Case feels rubbery, which I don’t like. I also chose a personal photo. It’s so dark you can hardly see it. Case just looks like a plain black case.”

“The case we ordered didn’t arrive when expected. Struggled to find contact details. Once again did I was told the order had been misplaced and they would raise again. When it did eventually arrive, the quality wasn’t great to be honest and it was a bit disappointing.”

“I have gotten a phone case from Wrappz for quite a few years now, since I discovered them I haven't gotten one from anywhere else, I feel they are that good that it isn't worth considering alternatives, and they offer options for older phones too which is great, I never bother with the latest iPhone, always staying a few versions behind, so the fact that I can get a custom designed case for a phone of a few years old is very useful. The only issue from memory I have had was with my previous phone case, that my review at the time didn't cover, due to faults appears sometime after, where parts of the case seemingly were just coming apart and breaking off, which has never happened before when no damage has been sustained to the case, it was seemingly rather brittle, like as if you were to overheat steel. But other than that one instance, I haven't had any other issues before, so I treated it as just a one off, and do believe they are well worth buying from, as I did with the case for this review, thank you.”
