“I still don't have the item I've ordered! So on the 20th of May I have ordered a Personalised Samsung Galaxy S6 Skin after 2 and a bit weeks on the 6th of June received an email saying your order is on the way and will be there in the next 2 working days....well today is the 14th of June still no sign of my item so I think your service is rubbish and will never use you again.”

“It was very mis leading to call my 'phone case' a phone skin which ultimately was a sticker.... This was not what I wanted and was totally useless.”

Hi Megan, we do show eactly what a skin is with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video.

“I was very disappointed to find a sticker rather than an actual phone case that protects your phone. The quality is pore and is full of air bubbles rising from the phone. Very very disappointing birthday present for my boyfriends 21st birthday!!”

Hi Jayleigh, I can see you have ordered a free skin - we do show eactly what a skin is with lengthy descriptions, numerous photos and even video. Our skins are made of a special 3M material with micro channels so if there are bubbles they can be smoothed out, they are also made using a special adhesive meaning they can be removed and re-applied as many times as you need to.

“Multiple orders never arrived the customer service was really bad when I asked where my order was and the replacements never arrived I'm waiting for the 3rd replacement to arrive which was apparently sent 1 months ago”

“It took you over a week to despatch my order but I had to chase it up other wise I don't think you would of ever sent me my order. And even when you did finally despatch my order, it took 4 days to arrive and that was meant to be first class.”
