“Really disappointed with the mobile case I purchased it has no rubber insert just the plastic which is really difficult to get on and off the phone. Not as good as other personalised phone cases from other online shops which I've purchased from before.”

“Hi Sam, I made an order on 30th May. I was quoted 2 working days. Unfortunately I have still not received this order which is now 16 days later . I have sent and received multiple emails from your company after letting them know that I had not received my goods they kept telling me it would be received on such and such a day but still no sign of it . I have asked to make formal complaint to which I received an apology email with no acknowledgement of my wish to log a complaint. Along with not receiving my goods the customer service I have experienced has been shocking . They have offered to resend my order which I have declined I no longer require the goods as they were for a birthday gift over a week ago. I want a full refund for what I paid. If I do not get a refund for what I paid I will have to contact my bank and speak with the fraud team regarding a disputed transaction for goods which I did not receive . It is safe to say that I will not be using The service again due to the inconvenience I have experienced the time I have wasted with this and for the lack of empathy shown from the emails by your guys . I would like to know when my refund will be processed and an acknowledgement of this email please . Thanks Joe”
