“I ordered a case of this site before no problem. I ordered another one and it didn't come when it said it was dispatched so I had to order another and had to pay for another in total I've paid £30 for something that hasn't come.”

“Easy to order, fast production, but for me, the print quality was a little disappointing. I am a professional photographer & graphic designer so maybe my expectation are a little higher than the average purchaser. Can't fault the website ordering process or delivery of the product though. I would liken the image quality to a colour photocopy - lacking halftone detail in highlight and shadow areas of the image.”

“Good online platform. Easy to use designer. Fast service. However print quality not amazing, used high resolution high dpi images. When arrived was all fuzzy... Could be better... Adaquete... My printer at home produces better quality images...”

“this review is moreso feedback than rant, the case itself feels nice and has also feels strong. however, the design i wanted and made sure was aligned in the sites designer did not turn out how i expected it to be. the design of case is offset one one side so its not symmetrical. there is also a weird bulging white line where the design seems to have warped. i also feel the print isnt the highest of quality, its very grainy and washed out. my aim was to get a case identical to one i use on my iphone 6 which isnt available for my iphone x but sadly doesnt seem to be possible so i went for the second best option. so i copied the design by retracing the entire thing in photoshop using solid colour, and made sure it was the highest quality image possible. overall, im happy but at the same time, disappointed by the designs quality. please see picture for examples mentioned above also including the print i created in photoshop.”

“The overall quality of the product was 5 star, however the process after order purchase is awful. You need to lower delivery expectations rather than stating times that won't happen. Also have a phone which rings. Sort the CS side of things out and you're onto a winner, as the product is fantastic. I'd buy again, but reluctantly.”

“I thought I'd chosen a different background colour for thenpersonalised passport I ordered but it arrived black. There were a few greasy scuff marks on the front on the passport cover. I'm generally pleased but hoped the quality would be better”

“I would give 5 stars but i felt a little bit dissapointed. The sticker it doesn't cover all the back battery cover as the other stickers like "dbrand"! There is a smmall uncovered area around that actually you can feel it when you are holding your phone in your hands. You can improve your products and be the best in the market by fixing this tiny detail. Sorry sith 10 pounds I expected to be for perfectly. The all idea is amazing, the pic that I printed was in good quality so overall 3 stars!”
