I was advised that my delivery would be on Monday but on Sunday evening at approximately 7pm there was a ring on my doorbell. I went to the door and shouted who is it and could not see anyone through the glass panels so as I live alone did not answer door as was not expecting anything until Monday. When I opened the door on Monday there was my parcel quite wet and damp and had been there all night. It could have easily been taken. Not very impressed with whoever you use for deliveries Pat Bukin

Order did not have the plug in the box. I had to buy one which is really disappointing

The Lemax item you ordered is battery-powered and compatible with the Lemax power supply. It doesn't come with a power supply though (this is in the description, in the 'Specs' tab). The Lemax items with "Battery (4.5V)" in the description are all like this. The title will include "With 4.5V Adaptor" if it comes with a power supply. I hope that helps.

My children were really looking forward to receiving this as our previous fibre optic Christmas house had stopped working. However the portents weren’t looking good as the box the house came in and as well as the box containing the house were damaged. We were really disappointed with it and will be returning it. However this is not a bad reflection on WOwooO as all of this was outside of their control.

Ordered a lantern and some battery saver adaptors over the Christmas holiday period, have received the lantern and that was perfect but no sign of the battery saver adaptors. I have left a webchat message with my order number to query the missing part of the order but they don't re-open until 04/01/22 which is fine, just a little concerned there won't be any stock! As I write this review it's 11:15am on the 4th January, no response as yet. It wasn't very encouraging that their webchat bot said that the order had been fulfilled, it hasn't. I'll update the review once this gets resolved. Message to wowooo, make sure any customers receiving the link to leave a review have had any queries answered!

I'm sorry it hasn't arrived. It looks like it is delayed with Royal Mail. I will contact you to arrange a replacement.
