I received a message from Paypal stating that a new device using Linux software accessed my Paypal account when authorising or processing my order with you. They advised me to remove the device from my paypal device list and to update my password. Can you please provide an explanation of why you accessed my account. This has never occurred before.

The item ordered was a Grade C Warehouse second. This was described in the title and the description and it was heavily discounted because of this. The item, a string of reindeer, was fully functioning but one of the reindeer's legs was missing. Because of this the item was half price. The issue was in bold red text at the top of the description. The title started 'Grade C Warehouse Second'. I'm sorry that you did not see this or realise what it meant, you can of course return it.

I have been trying to contact them in regards to my purchase as the teddy looked bigger in the photo but was small when I received it so I tried to contact them to return it and be refunded but iv had no response and I'm unable to contact them, no address has been given in order to retyrn it and recive a refund

Our email address is hello@wowooo.com and phone number is 0330 6600 969. This along with our Returns Information is linked to in the footer on every page of the website and under the Info menu. We always aim to respond within 1 working day. Occasionally email ends up in the spam folder, as was the case with the one email sent here, so if you haven't had a reply please email again, or ideally call us. The main photos of products on a white background have no scale, so when available we publish additional lifestyle photos that indicate size. We also provide measurements on products in the listing details. It is always worth checking these when buying anything based on a picture.

I'm sorry to hear the item was late. It was shipped on the 22nd for delivery on the 23rd, but for some reason became delayed in the courier's system. The good news is it was delivered this morning. Best regards Robin
