“Where to start ? - these people are friendly, courteous and give a level of customer service that would appear to have been long forgotten. Nothing seems to be too much of a problem for them in their quest to serve you. You get to speak to real people - not machines - and they listen to your needs. They answer your enquiry to the fullest and if they do not have all the information to hand they do their best to find out the answers for you. When they say " leave it with me and I'II get back to you " - they mean it, and they do !! I have no reservations recommending this company and will no doubt be doing business with them again.
