“I purchased a zen sanctuary diffuser using your tracking postal service. I was so pleased with the delivery service that took 4 days to arrive. A couple of days later I put a order in for the same item paying the tracking service £1.00 less since that order the item has been with the courier since last Thursday, for what reason I am not too happy ( Evri) the courier company I find very very poor in a service that delivers.All I can say is pay that extra £1.00 to get the item or items. I do hope WOWooO, act on this poor service as a customer and a company who are getting let down. I might get my item before Christmas see what happens, have a nice day. P.MURTAGH.”
