“I ordered a frog and penguin very close to Christmas. Both were dispatched swiftly and arrived before Christmas. They are beautiful teddies, really well packaged and well made. Very happy with them as are the recipients and would recommend.”

“I cannot fault this company. I phoned to see if they had a Steiff item in stock. They did which was amazing. I paid without a problem and the item arrived the following day. They were so polite, helpful and efficient. Great communication by e- mail too. I used this company years ago and they are superb. Highly recommend.”

“Hi yes I brought this Christmas teddy bear obviously Christmas it's a beautiful teddy bear and I'm keeping it but I think it could have been a little bit more christmassy it's just got a dicky Thai with Christmas on it and that's it maybe a Christmas hat maybe I'm gonna go looking for one now but I've brought from bears before and I love them thank you very much it is well worth the money and I'd recommend anybody to go there but look long enough before you find make sure you buy the right what you want let's regards from Malcolm Merry Christmas”

“I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received from World of Bears, they were great. I was silly and made two separate orders both with next day delivery and they combined the orders together and refunded one of the delivery charges, not everyone would have done that. The bears we ordered arrived straight away and are so lovely and soft. I can’t wait to see my girls faces on Christmas Day.”
