“Very pleased with little Steiff dog I ordered for first baby gift. Quick delivery nicely packaged. Had delivery issue - not World of Bears fault - Royal Mail delivered to wrong address. Zoe at WofB could not have been more helpful and resovled my issue quickly and taught me something I didn't know re on line shopping deliveries.”
