“I bought a macaw for my grandson's birthday. It was gorgeous, really beautiful quality. He was thrilled. Studying the rain forest at school, he had requested this bird and I thought I'd struggle to find one, but World of Bears came up trumps! Thank you.”

“The bear was smaller than I thought but was good quality. The packaging was disappointing as the box was much larger than the bear. The gift wrapping was charged for but it didn't seem to be wrapped which was disappointing.”

Thank you for your feedback The size is clearly shown head to foot on our website Boxes come in certain sizes, the smaller size would just be too squashed so we use judgement on size box. The bear would have been wrapped in acid free tissue We don’t offer gift wrapping bar the above , so there was no additional charge for this If you are unhappy we offer 30 days returns from date of receipt Customer services 🐻
