“Review for Samanthan Robertson-Strong: Samantha (and Winstons Solicitors) were amazing! As first-time buyers we couldn't have asked for someone better to guide/advise/drive the process of helping buying our home. Samantha was always available to answer queries (both ours and the sellers) and did so effectively and efficiently. We had heard horror stories from friends and family regarding other solicitors times for response, quality of work, friendliness etc.. However, we found none of that with Winstons and moreso Samantha; they were fantastic from start to finish and made us feel as though no query was too menial. We also found the Online Portal tracker incredibly useful, as this allowed my partner and I to undertstand the process in more detail and prepare for what documents were required and when these would be due.”

“We recently completed our first house purchase and had the pleasure of working with the solicitors recommended by our broker, Jorgi Bradley. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided throughout the entire process. From the start, communication was clear and timely. The InTouch app was incredibly useful, allowing us to track progress in a transparent and easy-to-understand way. It gave us great peace of mind to see each step as it happened. A special thank you to Leasa Foster, who was absolutely fantastic. She was always available, highly responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her guidance made a big difference, especially in a complicated chain, and she went above and beyond chasing other parties to keep everything on track. Julie Smit was also excellent, very responsive and kept us consistently updated. As foreigners unfamiliar with the UK property process, we had a lot of questions and concerns, but Leasa was incredibly patient and always took the time to explain everything clearly. Most of our communication was via email and mobile, which we really appreciated for convenience. The only small suggestion we have is to consider offering a paper-free option. Going digital would not only be more environmentally friendly but also more practical for some clients. Of course, we understand that others may still prefer paper documents, so offering both options might be a good solution. All in all, the most important thing is that everything was done on time, to a very high standard, and with excellent customer service. We are extremely grateful for the support and professionalism we received and would highly recommend this team to anyone going through the house-buying process.”
