“Seemed very thorough. Maybe a bit more pushing of our buyer's solicitors would have speeded up the process”

“Replied to all emails promptly. Sometimes legal jargon is not always needed. But overall a satisfactory service. I would have preferred to video chat at times especially when a case is not a standard house sale when there are multiple owners. Was not given this option.”

“Samantha was fantastic, always kept us up to date with progress on an house sale and then a purchase, and got back to us quickly with any queries we had. The only issue we had was when Samantha had some time off at the beginning of our purchase, and no one really covered our case. But overall, we were really pleased with Winston Solicitors.”

“A solid reliable performance in the sale of my house. The only reason I've not given 5 stars is that in comparison with the last time I sold a house it was a very complex process. However, the last time I sold a house was nearly 30 years ago and it may well be the case that the legal hoops that one is required or expected to jump through have become a lot more complex over those years.”
