“The mirror did not fit the vehicle”

“Very sad experience with wing-mirror.co.uk. The mirror I was sent wasn’t the right mirror so I called them on the number between the times stated & received no answer. I sent the mirror back via DPD & the parcel was delivered & signed for by a neighbour. I’ve emailed wing-mirror.co.uk & again haven’t received an answer. I understand the COVID 19 may have put pressure on their business but I’m nearly £30 down with no mirror & no replies. P.s it was a very fast delivery though.”

“I have not received the order, and also found out that the sale is fraudulent and what they say you are buying is definitely not what you receive. So I am looking for a refund and cancel this order.”

“I ordered 2 mirrors using car reg number. Order I received was wrong so I emailed wing-mirror and send it back asking them what is their policy about returns. It has been now more than 2 weeks I sent parcel back, sent 2 emails, no money was return, no reply from them. Really poor service !!!”

“Wrong mirror was sent to me no replacement as not in stock...and having to wait for a refund & thats not until you receive the parcel back I cant post the parcel as I've no way to print the receipt...poor service wont use them again”

“Poor quality of mirror. 1) The mirror did not snap in place as it should have. Upon comparing the assembly of the original vs this one, it looked very different with very poor quality plastics used for the fitting. 2) the quality of the mirror itself is very poor too. The image is wavy and looks toyish. Highly disappointed. I wouldn't order again.”
