“Got banned from playing free games obviously because I've never deposited any of my own money but have won £300+ on free games. Went to 'contact us' several times - the 1st 3 times I was told a supervisor would deal with explaining to me why and the supervisor just never appeared on the chat. Since then the agents are now closing the conversation. I simply want them to admit its because saying 'the bookie always wins' definitely does not apply in my case as I have been bearing the bookie. This is shocking as I've won fair and square! How they have dealt with me asking for a legitimate explanation is disgusting. I have screenshots of it all. Avoid William hill !!!!!! Avoid William hill !!!”

“I've been playing slots on William Hill for a while now & have always found them to be reasonably fair. No problems regarding withdrawals either. Tbh, I found them to be one of the better casino sites.”

“For me, the betting side of WH is fine and relatively fair However I find the vegas and gaming side extremely unfair For example today I had (32) spins on the 100/1 Roulette. They were all around the £6/7 a spin and I had 1 winning spin which paid £37.50”

“I am a UK customer I have been on this site for many years and after I went on gamstop which I did myself and wanted to come back to there site only for the promotions they have now decided to take my promotions away from me so no free bets or no bouns drop and no free spins, this is the worst site out there for there customers and my name is Jennifer Hughes. I did get told one minute my account will be reviewed and now 5 minutes later no more promotions for the future this isn't on for the customers .”

“Wanted to add that deposit was easy but they are asking ridiculous requirements for verification that other online gambling sites don't. For example they want a photo of me next to a printed PayPal statement, which is ridiculous. It is 2022 and no other site asked for this. They also blocked my account from receiving further promotions despite barely doing anything (all I did was the welcome offer and a few spins)”

“This is the worst experience i have ever had with any betting company, or any company actually. They are thieves and criminals. I placed multiple bets which they were happy to let me do without verification then when i wanted to withdraw they locked my account and have been making me do ridiculous checks ever since. It has been a week and i am still having to send stuff through. I also receive no correspondence from them regarding the progress of my checks i have to spend 20 minutes talking to a boy to find out what’s going on. They sent me a list of things to send aswell and now are saying i haven’t sent things over that they didn’t even ask me for ?? Clearly just a bunch of crooks that just want to keep all your winnings. I also had to spend ages with customer service trying to receive my free bet that never came through.”

“So far sent them driving license, council tax bill and 2 bank statements and that's just to change address and they still won't accept it. Thinking about sending blood next so they can verify me! On lockdown they need to be a bit more flexible!”
