“Wanted to add that deposit was easy but they are asking ridiculous requirements for verification that other online gambling sites don't. For example they want a photo of me next to a printed PayPal statement, which is ridiculous. It is 2022 and no other site asked for this. They also blocked my account from receiving further promotions despite barely doing anything (all I did was the welcome offer and a few spins)”

“This is the worst experience i have ever had with any betting company, or any company actually. They are thieves and criminals. I placed multiple bets which they were happy to let me do without verification then when i wanted to withdraw they locked my account and have been making me do ridiculous checks ever since. It has been a week and i am still having to send stuff through. I also receive no correspondence from them regarding the progress of my checks i have to spend 20 minutes talking to a boy to find out what’s going on. They sent me a list of things to send aswell and now are saying i haven’t sent things over that they didn’t even ask me for ?? Clearly just a bunch of crooks that just want to keep all your winnings. I also had to spend ages with customer service trying to receive my free bet that never came through.”

“So far sent them driving license, council tax bill and 2 bank statements and that's just to change address and they still won't accept it. Thinking about sending blood next so they can verify me! On lockdown they need to be a bit more flexible!”
