“Overall I would have to say I'm disappointed with Wesco as a company. I was surprised to learn their products only have a two year warranty, really shocked how bad the metal had perished when repairing the faults on our four year old bin and can't help but realise I'd bought a product that really was style over substance. On the plus side, it's easy enough to get spares, that's the most positive i can be.”

“Wesco had the item I needed and delivered it quickly and efficiently. I thought the price of the item (a plastic bin lid £24) and the delivery charge (Inverness £15) were excessive.”

“I love Wesco products but the plastic pedal on my flip-lid bin has broken for the third time in 5 years. A replacement for this small bit of fragile plastic is now £22 plus £4 for postage! Without it the bin is useless and so I have to pay these exploitative prices.”

“This is the second replacement pedal I have had to buy for my wesco bin and the part and postage is quite expensive..I feel this is a design fault. Happy with the replacement service but not happy I have had to use it twice.”
