“Installation instructions were extremely poor. The install of this doesn't take into consideration the weight of the door itself, which in my case was a standard Ikea door front, but the weight of it drags the height of the door down in relation to the Wesco frame it sits on so it doesn't align properly. The adjustment screws that affix the brackets of the door to the tray are of poor quality, and of you tighten them up then loose only a few times the thread wears away. I had to replace with 4 nuts and bolts either side, which is what they should have had in the first place. It was a total pain to install and takes so much fiddling and adjustment afterwards.”

“Very disappointed that your product is £1 more expensive than Tesco and when you are encouraged to by multiple items they cost me £6 more than if I had bought them from Tesco at £2.50 each”

“I purchased the Z Pullboy 600mm bin. The Instructions are so poorly written I had to guess how all the parts went together. Not sure if this is down to the manufacture of westco. Once i figured out how it all fits tighter watching video on the internet and using my own skills, The bin overall meets its expectation.”
