“I bought 52 liters twin bin but it does not close properly and also lid is not fit properly. Return policy is so strict and conditional so I have to keep the bin unwantedly.”

“Product was perfect the only concern was the item was delivered in 2boxes a box within another box inside the first box was the instructions telling me to check the product and the packaging but I obviously didn’t see this until the delivery driver had gone so if there was any damage I would not have have highlighted this to the driver?”

“Good delivery, and good product but wasn’t expecting it to be light grey. It said Alu grey (whatever that is) but I had no reason to expect it not to match the existing darker grey lid for the 2nd bin we have as product code was the same. But too much faff to return it so we’ll cope! Regards David”
