“I have found the CAS concept and service to be extremely beneficial to address the needs of a contractor. The apartments where equally very well equipped and provided for what was needed. You are both on my favourite contact list if/when I have additional accomodation requirements.”

“I have found you all very, very helpful in organising accommodation for me in an area I did not know. It was done rapidly, great rates were obtained and you also arranged my accommodation not too far from work - a consideration when female and working in a strange area. You have checked regularly to make sure that everything meets my requirements and if you can assist in anyway. You have also rearranged accommodation for me. I would use the company again and recommend you to my colleagues”

“CAS have been nothing short of completely supportive and professional throughout my first assignment in Birmingham. working for Serco for some 9 months they located a reasonably priced hotel for me against a criteria I provided to them. expectations were high and they delivered. My go to is Neil, he fully understands my requirements for all future assignments and has good local knowledge. if it wasn't for the commitment of CAS I would be paying significantly more for less superior accommodation. thanks, my time in Brum is served well, on to London!”

“CAS were recommended to me at the start of a contract in Croydon; I wish I had found out about them sooner. They provide an excellent service, giving good rates and acting like a PA to sort out your accommodation. The shortest email notifying of a change of plan is all it takes to ensure that the message is relayed to the hotel. Over the course of a year in Croydon I estimate that I’ve saved in excess of £1,000 in hotel costs due to the deals that they are able to provide. I am immensely grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.”

“The Contractor Accommodation Service has been a real help to me. I've had a very chaotic first contract staying in Manchester and London in a fairly ad-hoc basis but the guys at CAS have come through every time with much better rates than I can get myself at great hotels. They've taken all the stress out of booking multiple stays and I can always cancel late if things change unexpectedly, just by giving them a quick call or dropping them an email.”

“I cannot over emphasise the professionalism of the CAS people. The service they provide is fabulous and the time & hassle of searching for accommodation and booking, changing, cancelling bookings is massive. All that and they get a discount for me too!! I cannot praise this service highly enough.”

“I was recommend CAS, word of mouth by a contractor I met at an hotel. so I contacted CAS. They had a good knowledge of hotels, and they managed to get 40% off the rates. They provide a pro-active service , checking I was happy and managing changes to my requirements efficently.”

“Initially I was sceptical, but I had the best rate of all of my colleges in the office through CAS. They were flexible and efficient when I had to cancel nights due to changes in work circumstances. James made a couple of suggestions that turned out to be very good advice ensuring the room rate and availability at a quality hotel chain. Highly recommended”

“A work colleague recommended using CAS to arrange my accommodation for 7 months and it was a very positive experience. I have appreciated the fact that they have been in regular contact to ensure that I am satisfied with the hotel, the service they have offered. I have been impressed by the communication, demonstrating real care and commitment to ensure that contractors are satisfied with their service. It is important to keep contractor expenditure down is and CAS have ensured that I am able to do so. A heartfelt thank you for the professional and dedicated services rendered the past 7 months. “I have had two occasions to use CAS when I've secured contracts far from home and I can only say AMAZING!!!! Their service is first class, both in securing you an accommodation not far from your place of work at a very competitive price and also when it comes to finally cancelling your reservations at the end of the contract. Both hassle free, and top notch. Would recommend to anyone in similar circumstances. As they say "the taste of the pudding, is in the eating". Happy customer :-)”

“I have been using Contractor Accommodation Services since February 2015. I am very impressed with their customer service. They sourced my preferred hotel accommodation very quickly, which met all my expectations, and with substantial savings on the published rates. They are always very prompt in sending follow -up courtesy emails to ensure that my contract is running smoothly, and that my accommodation needs are continuing to be met. Especially impressive is the way they give me plenty of notice of approaching public holidays to make sure that I have the correct reservations in place, so as to avoid unnecessary cancellation charges. Also I appreciate that when outside events made my current rate unavailable, they highlighted well in advance in my booking confirmation that they had obtained the next best rate. This gave me the opportunity to accept the rate or look elsewhere. I find CAS very professional, caring, and efficient, and thoroughly recommend them to fellow contractors.”

“I was offered a contract in London which required me to stay in London several nights a week so I approached CAS to see how their Service could be of assistance to me. From the first contact I had on the 'phone with Neil, I was impressed. Neil was helpful, authentic and, most importantly, listened to what my criteria was. He made several recommendations based on what I was looking for, all of which were relevant options. I actually wasn't particularly knowledgeable in respect of the geographical area in which I needed to stay but Neil spoke with confidence and authority on the subject and I decided to go with his recommendation. I am pleased that I did and I am staying in a very comfortable hotel, in a good location at a reasonable price with excellent travel connections all of which satisfy the criteria I gave to Neil at the outset. I have had to speak to Neil on a couple of occasions now about my booking and on each occasion he has been professional, helpful and generally a pleasure to deal with and stands by his word which seems to be less than the norm these days. Based on my experience to date, I would not hesitate in using CAS' Services again nor recommending CAS to others”
