“I completed the WBUM online questionnaire and was promptly contacted by James Rock, the managing director. He asked to provide particulars of the motorhome and to send some interior and exterior photographs. He made me an offer close to the amount I wanted, subject to physical inspection. An engineer came to undertake the inspection four days later. On completion of the inspection, the company transferred the payment into my bank account and the engineer drove the vehicle away. The whole transaction was totally hassle free. I have no hesitation in giving WBUM my unreserved recommendation.”

“Very east to deal with, James called after I had submitted an online enquiry to sell our Motorhome. Agreed on the valuation pending WBUM engineer inspection (at home) date arranged very quickly and inspection ok James called and with in 10 mins the funds were in my account. Polite and courteous company to deal with would highly recommend.”

“From the first call with James through to the collection/sale of my motorhome was a very proffessional experience. Both Alastair and James kept to there promise with no pressure of selling throughout. These guys will be my go to company if we ever decide to sell any future caravans or motorhomes in the future. Honestly, please give them a try before going else where and defintley before you decide to part ex your motorhome or caravan. If youf van has any issues that you are aware of, then be honest upfront, they really are a genuine company. Money was in my account before they drove off, very efficient.”

“Very good company to deal with. We were really nervous about selling our motorhome on-line but we shouldn't have been worried. From first contact with James to the visit of Alistair to inspect the van and agree a price was carried out every professionally. The whole process was quick and full payment, via bank transfer was easy. Alistair even waited until we called our bank to ensure that the money was in our account. If you're thinking about selling your motorhome you couldn't find a better service.”
