Updated review Having posted my original review, I was immediately contacted with a sincere apology and offer of a credit. They are investigating what might have happened regarding lack of contact and from the other reviews it appears that my experience was probably an unlucky one-off. These things happen, but unfortunately it did mean that I was forced to go elsewhere for printing on this occasion. Original review Having had two orders from this company previously, I thought a re-print would be fairly easy for them. Unfortunately when logging onto my account on their website there was an error on their which prevented me from accessing my previous orders. They responded to an email about this saying that they were looking into it and would let me know when it would be resolved. Not heard anything and one month later, after not responding to several emails from me and having failed to phone back I've given up. Very frustrated by the lack of communication.

I am revising my review as my problem has been dealt with. I would say that the process of ordering is easy and speaking with the receptionist was pleasant. But the general customer service in getting back to customers does need improvement.

None of the provided design templates were suitable for my situation but I am well accustomed to designing my own requirements. The available downloaded overlay for the safe areas of printing was found to be a little inaccurate dimension wise and did not fit the stated sizing requirements. Also it was not available as a transparent overlay. In my case this lead to a numbering box impacting a little on some text which I obviously had designed to be avoided. However, the overall service and production was more than expected.

"Started off well, the company responded quickly to my emails however were a little unprofessional. We ordered some golden tickets and in the end we ordered 10 more than originally required and they offered to do these for the same price which was great. The only downfall was that I had specifically asked them to be a certain size. When they arrived they were the wrong size, I then called up the company to let them know about the mistake and the guy simply said 'Yeah I did that wrong' and barely apologised. We had paid an extra £100 for express delivery to have the tickets by a certain time however the incorrect sizing had caused us delays, we were then asked to pay extra to receive the new correct sized tickets the following day!! I then complained about this (only because they had asked for us to pay for the delivery, again) and was sent back a very unprofessional email about how I was in the wrong. In the end the company did not charge second delivery and offered to refund half of the original delivery price which was great however the highly unprofessional email has really let their customer service down. The ticket quality is very good and I am very happy with the finished product which came very quickly once the sizing was corrected. I would use the company again as the product was so great however it would be good if the customer service throughout was the same as my experience of it was very inconsistant. "

The actual product was very good, however the customer service and response to queries was terrible. I sent an email which did not receive a response I chased this up twice, on the third day I received a response. I emailed back with a further query to which I did not receive a response? Because of this I then found another company to action that part of the job. I rang on the Monday to ask whether the two parcels that were being sent to me could be delivered together, the person on the phone said they didn't know and would ask someone to call me back...which they didn't. the items did arrive together .....however they arrived a day late as the parcel did not reach interlink in time. From working experience with couriers this leans towards the fact that the delivery was not booked in on time. The product is good but the poor communication and lack of customer service really left a bad taste in my mouth and delayed my wedding invites.
