“Our South African holiday was a dream come true. Jess worked tirelessly with me to create the perfect vacation for my husband , our young adult daughters, and me. Every accommodation was top notch. We were in Johannesburg, Kruger National Park, Cape Town, and the wine country. I specified that I wanted a car and driver for every transfer an we got so much more. All of the drivers were incredibly knowledgeable and anxious to share their country with us. Wayfairer concierges regularly checked in with us during the trip, but I never had any issues for them because everything had been so well thought out ahead of time. Every single thing went off without a hitch.”

“We are just back from our honeymoon in Kenya (4 day safari) and Zanzibar (7 days). From start to finish Wayfairer Travel have been excellent. The communication was first class and a special shout out to Juan Ramirez who was so great to work with. The recommendations were fantastic and it was a pleasure to use Wayfairer Travel in the lead up to our honeymoon. I would recommend Wayfairer Travel to all our friends and hope to use them again in the future.”

“Wayfairer organised a wonderful trip to Uganda for my family in June 2024. We have travelled with Wayfairer three times now (Tanzania, Ecuador and the Galapagos and Uganda) and each time they have demonstrated their understanding of what we were after. Cissy, Toon and Leonie were great in planning the detail of the trip and were always very responsive in communication, ably accommodating any last minute requests. Our latest trip to Uganda was fantastic and everything went without a hitch. Going to see the Mountain Gorillas of Bwindi was an incredible experience, and one that I would recommend to anyone. Uganda itself is full of variety with rainforest, savannah, lakes and mountains and her people were all friendly and welcoming. Not the best place for a traditional safari, primarily go to see Gorilla and Chimpanzee, but we also saw Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Buffalo and a variety of antelope, other primates and birds galore. Overall, another great experience and one can have confidence that things will run smoothly when travelling with Wayfairer.”

“I did not know what to expect on our first experience of going on Safari. I must say that Wayfairer travel and every staff member exceeded every expectation. I think we saw more wildlife in the first few hours off the plane than I expected to see on the whole trip, and the trip continued to exceed expectations. Our family group of 7, including seniors and children, were well taken care of in every way. Our trip was exactly what we requested and we had incredible support through the whole trip when questions arose. I would certainly recommend Wayfairer travel to anyone thinking about booking an African safari.”

“My daughter and I started our planning and relationship with Kat from Wayfairer Travel in 9/14/22. Our original travel date was in June of 2023 but we delayed it one year due to the covid19 restrictions. During that time Kat departed Wayfairer and Chanelle Cook took over our planned trip to complete the final details. The change from Kat to Chanelle was seamless in completing our Safari itinerary. All our questions and concerns regarding all issues were quickly replied to to our satisfaction. The actual trip as planned and executed was way beyond our expectations. This was our first trip to Africa for a safari and boy was it way beyond our expectations. Hats off to our wonderful driver/guide Issac with Duma. He was our perfect person and now family to take us on a fantastic 6 day safari where we stayed at Tarangire Treetops lodge, Ngorongoro Lions Paw Camp and Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti. His experience and vast knowledge of Tanzania's parks and wildlife was awesome and educational. We bonded big time and look forward to seeing him on our next trip. After Issac dropped us off at the airport, we continued our trip to Zawadi Hotel Zanibar for rest and relaxation, then on to Londolozi Founders Camp in Sabi Sands which was our favorite place to stay on our trip. They did a great job of coordinating getting our lost luggage delivered in one day. From there we visited Victoria Falls stays at Chundukwa River Lodge which has beautiful horse to ride. Our last stop before heading home was to Cape Town, doing some wine tasting, Table Mountain tram, the Penguin colony and many other site of interest with our driver/guide Ismael. The bottom line is that we Love Africa, its people and its beauty. The phases and coordination of our trip was perfect by Wayfairer Travel coordinator Chanelle Cook. The accommodations, food and staff/employees at each lodge was fantastic. Best vacation we ever had.”

“We booked our honeymoon trip to Kenya for a safari trip with Wayfairer. We spent 3 days in Saruni Mara, 3 days in Saruni Samburu and 3 days in Diani beach and another day in Nairobi. Overall our trip is well organized and we had an amazing travel experience. Although there were some unexpected light aircraft delays, but our amazing concierge Peach was very helpful and was there for us anytime. Would definitely try to travel more with wayfairer in the future.”

“We had the trip of a lifetime. Three weeks in Argentina and it was magnificent. The guides were knowledgable, the itinerary was well-planned and responsive to our requests, and the countryside was beautiful. Accommodations were lovely and food was excellent, including vegetarian options. No hiccups, everyone was where they said they would be when they were supposed to be there. “I had a multi-week journey to South Africa arranged for me through Wayfair and I don't think I could be happier with this decision. From the very first moment I spoke with Vernon and Peach (Praew) I felt reassured that I made the right choice for my first international travel. The team was very helpful in providing guidance, they were communicative, transparent, and did not apply pressure to make decisions. Even when I had difficulties on my part with a banking issue, the team did not give up. Every part of the trip was perfect. I did not have a single issue with any accommodations and Peach contacted me several times along the way to make sure everything was going well. If you are traveling internationally I cannot recommend this travel group enough and will be sure to use them in the future as well.”

“The team at Wayfairer customized and arranged our recent trip to northern Argentina. We had a number of specific locations and activities we wanted to fit into our two-week stay. They were able to accommodate all of our wish-list items and also recommended a wonderful three-day excursion to the Ibera Wetlands that we never would have known about or discovered on our own. When traveling, I am usually the one in our family to do all of the planning, make all the arrangements, and keep us on course during the trip. Wayfairer took all of the heavy lifting off my shoulders for this trip, which made it a breeze and a true vacation. It was a pleasure working with them and I would do so again. Also, highly recommend Argentina - Buenos Aires, the Ibera Wetlands, Tilcara and Cafayate. Such a beautiful and diverse country!”

“I was helped by Chanelle for my trip to Bora Bora. This is the first time I was using Wayfairer and She went out of her way to help me with every single thing.
