“Decent looking geerknob but took 8 weeks to arrive. I had to constantly chase up myself because of the lack of correspondence from yourselves. I got told on several occasions that it would be with me by the end of the week, however after chasing them up the date got moved back again. Not a great experience overall.”

“I haven’t received my item yet and it’s been a week’s time , but the fact that nick went out of his own way to provide guidance since i’ll be going to a vt330r conversion in Malta helped a lot. The website is amazing to use and the channel on you tube is really useful especially two minutes tuesdays”

“Ordered a short shifter for my fiesta st on the bank holiday sale. Product came really quick and very happy with the fitted product. Only criticism would be £11 for delivery seems a bit expensive for such a small object. But overall very happy with the service.”

“The service I have received from yourselves on my latest order is shocking. I would appreciate if you could respond to my complaint below in writing (via email). I ordered some front Tarox brake pads for my ST180 back on 12 February this year, yet it took till the 22nd for you to notify me the pads were not in stock. After numerous phone calls (with no one calling me back) and unanswered emails you finally sent me a follow up email on 12th March!!! Then after even more unanswered emails and calls you finally told me you were sending the pads on 9th of April. Today I am being told their being sent me to me tomorrow, I do not have high hopes. Up till this point I have always been impressed by your service, but as it currently stands I am not planning to place any future orders with yourselves and I will not be recommending you to my fellow Fiesta ST owners.”
