“Put an order in, didn't say it wasn't in stock. Had an email to say it was ready for delivery had a email from dpd saying there expecting the parcel but no update after that. Had to cancel order because we had to wait so long”

It was processed the following Monday, 11th of August, when the team returned to the office after the weekend, and the order was ready for shipping by Wednesday, 13th of August. In this case, a two-day turnaround from processing to dispatch is within our standard timeframe, and we don't feel like this is in any way a poor turnaround for your order.
