“Put an order in, didn't say it wasn't in stock. Had an email to say it was ready for delivery had a email from dpd saying there expecting the parcel but no update after that. Had to cancel order because we had to wait so long”

It was processed the following Monday, 11th of August, when the team returned to the office after the weekend, and the order was ready for shipping by Wednesday, 13th of August. While we strive to keep as many items in stock as possible, there are occasions when certain parts need a short lead time. In this case, a two-day turnaround from processing to dispatch is within our standard timeframe, and we don't feel like this is in any way a poor turnaround for your order. “Terrible, lied about items in stock and corresponding lead times if anyone asks for my opinion i will recommend going to anywhere other than vudu”

Hi Alfie, I’m sorry to hear about your experience, and I completely understand your frustration. To clarify, we rely on Scorpion Exhausts as our supplier for the item you ordered, and unfortunately, they’ve revised their lead times multiple times despite our best efforts to get firm dispatch dates. This has left us in a difficult position, as we’re unable to control their shipping schedules, and I truly regret the inconvenience this has caused you. That said, we did reach out on June 27th to offer you an alternative product in case you preferred not to wait further. We always want to do what we can to keep things moving and provide options, even when we’re at the mercy of a third party. Please know we actively chase all supplier backorders every Wednesday and provide updates accordingly, so you’re never left in the dark about where things stand. That said, when a supplier pushes back a dispatch date, it’s unfortunately entirely out of our control, though we understand how frustrating that is for you as the customer. Again, I’m sorry for the disappointment caused. If you’d like to revisit the alternative product or discuss next steps, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to help.
