Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoy using your VibroSlim. If your back is feeling uncomfortable after using the machine, there are many things you can do before, and during use, to prevent this from happening. Before using your vibration, gentle stretching to warm up your body and your muscles can make all the difference! Make sure that knees are soft and bent when standing on the machine and switch to seated, or squatted positions to take pressure away from the spine. You can also lay on the floor, cushion behind the head, knees bent, feet on unit and raise hips to switch on your core muscles. The vibration machine can actually assist with strengthening your back muscles, which can help to alleviate back pain. Please don't hesitate to get in touch again if you need any further assistance. "The first item (dehydrator) purchased had a broken hinge on the door.
The customer services person I dealt with was outstanding in communication and helpfulness.
The issue was resolved quickly and easily. The replacement item was dispatched from you and arrived within a couple of days. It is in full use and we are very happy."
