Interseting that your asking for a review when im still waitinG for teh product to arrive 2 and half weeks after ordering it. iI can organise transpiort faster when making purchases on trademe myself.

No instruction very hard to lubricate and very hard to get the tread even still trying I think I have been sold a lemon

Hi we have bought your products in the past and been very happy, We'd like to be happy again only the product hasn't turned up. NZ couriers has taken over a week to do over night delivery from auckland to cambridge. I have contacted your company and someone is looking into it and has communicated well but we still don't have our item.

Very excited to receive our Kalahari 16 Tray Dehydrator but, disappointed when we unpacked it and noticed that the top fan was not installed - lying loose on the bottom of the unit. The local staff was very accommodating and allowed self-repairs without compromising the warranty after I submitted photos - 4 out of 5 for them. A bit concerning over the quality of the product when trying to remove the back panel to install the fan - some screws were just turning around without coming out. Noticed that they were all zinc-plated screws. Not the best when used on stainless as the stainless is not very forgiving. Expected more when considering the price of the unit. Hopefully, we will now enjoy trouble-free use of the unit

I ordered a juicer around the beginning of September, estimated delivery around the 14th of September. I heard absolutely nothing of my purchase even though my payment was immediately taken. I started enquiring about the order in October. A few days later I received an email apologizing for the wait and confusion and offering me an upgraded juicer. I accepted and looked forward to the upgraded juicer. Another couple weeks went by and nothing turned up. I enquired again and another person eventually answered saying they aren't going to give me the upgraded juicer, but will dispatch my original order immediately with a free gift. The juicer did arrive a few days later, but there wasn't a gift. Why offer upgrades and gifts to compensate for poor service when they're not delivered? When my juicer arrived I was so annoyed about the whole experience I didn't open the box , and when I did it really robbed me of the joy I would have had of receiving the juicer if I had a nice buying experience. Purchasing through Vitality NZ was a huge disappointment and people laugh and know to avoid you guys when I tell them my experience.

The item itself is excellent (rotating composter) but it was really difficult to put together as the instructions didn't give sufficient detail. But worst of all the box arrived on a grotty black plastic pallet wrapped in metres of pink plastic wrap. What am I supposed to do with those? Should the delivery man have left it wrapped like that? Can he come and take the plastic back? Truly revolting for someone like me who is trying to eliminate waste!!! BOOOOHOOOOO.

Once we purchased - we received the normal email responses - however the tracking number had one number missing - which is definitely not ideal when searching for the product - which still hasn't arrived 8 days later from purchasing. The freight company have said it will come this morning. We're crossing our fingers.

the juicer I bought was the best on the market could juice celery it was so good but really I got sick of unclogging the spout the fibres tangles up and stuck and as celery was the main thing to juice I was totally disappointed and have not used it since.

I am sorry to say that the return of emails is very slow. I had to send a few emails and eventually asked if no one wanted my money I would go elsewhere. When I did talk to someone she was lovely but getting hold of someone to talk to is difficult. I gather you are swamped with orders so I would suggest you needed more than one person to answer emails and make phone calls. However, we have not got the product we wanted and it works well.
