Placed an order for a pilates reformer and paid in full. Received an email the next day to say no stock, as the last one left is damaged, so they would refund my money (this seems to be a reoccurring story in reviews below, if only I saw before purchasing). Tracy (UK manager) promised my refund repeatedly for over 3 weeks. No money recieved. I emailed the owner Roger Atkins and line manager Adam, both have ignored my email and I have still not recieved a refund, nor a reply. They don't answer the phone I am.beginning to wonder if this is a scam company?! They took.my money, promise refund, but over 3 weeks later still no sign of it. This company is a disgrace. They are holding my money which they are not entitled to as they cannot fulfill the contract and are currently in breach of such. They appear to care least about customers. I would strongly advise you avoid this company and go elsewhere!

Extremely slow shipping - took over a week to be dispatched, and when I sent an email to follow up, no response received. I was only able to get an update & help find this missing parcel when I called the parcel. Even when the item was dispatched, the shipping took over a week with NZ couriers and took 3 follow ups with nz couriers as well. Please change your shipping partner to nz post.

I have sent you an email. Blender arrived today, I unpacked tonight to find that it has already been used, the blender casing has dried food stains and the smoothie container has also evidence of not being washed correctly as food stains on inside. I have been looking forward to using a new machine as I have health issues with a specific diet that this machine would have made my life easier. Currently sat on my side and not being used. Would appreciate a reply and remedy for situation. Was the machine previously returned to as something wrong with it or was it used as a demo? I look forward to hearing from you

I bought the oil press to create oil from macadamias. This machine does not work for macadamias. Having some fore knowledge of extrusion oil press I made sure the nuts were dry 1-2% and small pieces. Their high oil content, 70% makes it clog continually. Am in email conversation with vitality 4 and think it best to return the machine, get reimbursed and take macadamias out of the literature. I hope to hear back in the next day or so. Machine seemed fine for other seeds

Emails go unanswered, unable to contact on many attempts. Although when I finally do get hold of Denise she is always helpful. Others are unhelpful when items are faulty and postage fees are charged to replace the faulty part. (Juicer). I’ve chanced it coming back to you and Now my sauna has not turned up even though it was only to be 3 - 4 days delivery. It’s been two weeks.

Atrocious customer service. Ignored me for over one month when I tried to cancel order and ask when my refund would be processed. Every time I made contact, they seemed surprised, then would stop answering me. Finally they claimed to be confused by my query. Terrible communication breakdown on company behalf. This company takes no responsibility, poor communication and customer service quite rude

not much to say other than being hugely disappointed. i ordered and paid for a dehydrator over 4 weeks ago. received an email much later saying no stock?? despite being available. Was offered a refund which i accepted. No refund received. have had several emails since saying the item to be shipped with no shipping date?? i am waiting for my refund

Really disappointed. I purchased the dehydrator I did because it delivery date was listed as the following week and not a pre order. I just received it on Friday, 4 months after I ordered and paid.

Hi. I need to return my oven. It is faulty and switches off on the screen and the airfryer setting has never worked. The metal on the door is corroded and the door isnt sealing well. Can you let me know what the procedure will be

Product I ordered was not actually in stock. It then took over three weeks for my money to be returned. I won't be ordering anything from this company again.

I preordered and paid for a composter from NZ almost 3 months ago which was then not reserved for me. I now have to wait for the next shipment in a couple of months. Pretty rubbish service.

Very poor product quality. Two different dehydrators. Faulty when first arrived long story short took 5 weeks to get things straight. And still have ended up with a very poor quality dehydrator for premium price. $479 on site. Thin stainless steel. Control panel lifted first time used, just glued down. Not up to standard of other products I have from biochef.
