“I was assured before placing my order that delivery would be made before first week of January as the lino is needed for a temporary install. I was, without apology simply informed that this would not arrive on time. I'm happy to change this review if anyone will actually answer the phone to sort this out.”

“Appalling. First order damaged in transit, got an email asking to pick another Lino. I did and it was in stock online but apparently not in stock to them. Then nothing back for days. I needed the Lino for 5th January ordered mid Dec. Now having to shop elsewhere. Absolutely terrible service.”

“Order number V029433, Whilst it was only a small order for vinyl for an ensuite, the flooring was delivered quickly and with care. The flooring itself is thicker than I was expecting for the price, which is a good thing. It was cut to size, and, unlike a company whom I used a few years ago, it was cut in straight lines and in line with the pattern which was Fantastic. A great piece of vinyl flooring at a fabulous price with careful delivery, who could ask for more?”
