“Ordered through BandQ and were notified after 2 weeks that there was not enough stock for the order. Then when we requested a refund we are still waiting for it a week later. Bad company, bad communication and bad on B and Q to have them as a partner.”

“Terrible, i have tried contacting them multiple time. My vinyl flooring was delivered and the packaging wasn’t faulty HOWEVER the flooring inside once opened was faulty and has 2 holes through all layers. They want you to repackage and return yourself which costs extra but cant ensure you'll get a full refund then, how can you trust a company when they cant even send your item without due care and attention. I have reported to trading standards so waiting to hear back but now ive got £170 flooring i cant even use and cant afford and trust to send back. Wouldn’t use again. Still haven’t had a refund nor a response.”
