“Great service, quick dispatch. Only downside was the delivery company, completely indifferent driver who when asked to move the roll of floor into the hallway ( wife on a walking stick and imminent rain within minutes) shrugged his shoulders and stated “it’ll have to get wet!” But Vinyl floors brilliant for customer service and attitude, just the delivery driver being a bit of a surly so and so.”

“First class company who responded quickly and efficiently when things went wrong which were out of their control ie. damaged products in transit. It is one thing to have competitive prices, but a company tends to be judged on how they deal with things when they go wrong. On both metrics I can thoroughly recommend Vinyl Flooring UK.”
