“Order #V026896 Having posted a review, about the easy order process, good delivery and good product, I have now laid it and tacked it down temporarily with a little of the glue provided, because I am awaiting some spares to be able to adjust position of things on the floor. The glue is so good I would like to take up the offer of a free extra can”

“Easy order process and options for size which meant less cost and wastage. A good price and the product was delivered according to promised schedule. The delivery was made well, just a bit later than the time advised, but nice friendly delivery. The product was packed without excess, in protective sheet. The product is pleasing and easy to cut to size. The glue is strong. The communications when I wanted to know when to expect delivery were good”

“they are very stupid. ignore messages to their social media accounts (why have it if you don’t respond to queries?) website charges me £17.99 for 3mx0.3m vinyl then changes to £59.99 at checkout. what a nice website. so beneficial and efficient guys!”

We understand your concern regarding the shortage of flooring material. However, after carefully reviewing your request, we would like to clarify a few important points: Order Verification – We were unable to locate any record of your purchase with us as no order number or proof of purchase has been provided. Without this, we are unable to confirm that the original order was placed through our store. Minimum Roll Size Policy – Our suppliers manufacture vinyl flooring in fixed roll sizes, and the minimum length available for dispatch is 1 metre. Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide a cut length of 0.3 metres, as this does not exist in production or distribution. Goodwill Gesture – Even though we could not trace your order with us, we still offered a special solution as a gesture of goodwill: providing you with a 3m x 1m piece at a discounted price with free delivery. This was the closest possible resolution we could extend within the limits of manufacturer policies. Communication – We have responded promptly to all your emails, ensuring that your concerns were addressed. We are sorry if you felt otherwise, but please be assured that we never ignore our customers. We genuinely empathise with your situation, but since the order was not placed with us and we are bound by supplier roll-length restrictions, we are unable to provide the material free of charge in the size requested. Our team remains committed to helping you find a fair solution. Should you wish to proceed with the discounted 3m x 1m piece we offered earlier, we would be more than happy to arrange this for you immediately. “Ordered through BandQ and were notified after 2 weeks that there was not enough stock for the order. Then when we requested a refund we are still waiting for it a week later. Bad company, bad communication and bad on B and Q to have them as a partner.”

“Terrible, i have tried contacting them multiple time. My vinyl flooring was delivered and the packaging wasn’t faulty HOWEVER the flooring inside once opened was faulty and has 2 holes through all layers. They want you to repackage and return yourself which costs extra but cant ensure you'll get a full refund then, how can you trust a company when they cant even send your item without due care and attention. I have reported to trading standards so waiting to hear back but now ive got £170 flooring i cant even use and cant afford and trust to send back. Wouldn’t use again. Still haven’t had a refund nor a response.”
