“Ordered the sign for our new cottage. I was informed of the progress of my hand made sign at all stages of its manufacture and it has now arrived and is stunning! This company's customer service is outstanding even down to the layers and layers of bubble wrap used to ensure our sign had a comfortable journey to us with no chance of any damage in transit. Thank you. I would highly recommend you. Doreen xx”

“After ordering it takes a while to receive the sign but it is well worth the wait. The sign we received is better than I expected, beautiful. The artist obviously spent some time doing the paintwork. We were kept informed really well throughout the process and delivery was exactly when we were told it would be. Brilliant. Recommended.”

“The company kept me regularly updated on each stage of the process which was really interesting. The sign when it came exceeded expectations - the artist had altered the design to include the breeds of sheep I had asked for and we are absolutely delighted. My only regret is that I didn't order a larger one!”

Hi Leah. We are ever so sorry that you feel you have received a poor service. I can see that our dispatch time was slightly late on our advertised time for yours which we are ever so sorry about. We did also send you a few emails personally to keep you up to date with your order to make sure you knew exactly what was happening, so quite disappointing to see this has been received as a bad service by yourself. I can see that your order was dispatched a week ago, but there have been some delays in the postal service which I hope you can understand. I checked the tracking for your parcel to see what's going on and advises that your sign has been delivered and signed for today before you left this review which is strange! Can you advise that you have received this, please?
