“I was not happy with the size of the design in relation to the size of the plaque. The standing seagull is totally lost in a sea of black. Really disappointing. I was really looking forward to the sign arriving and ready to order two more if they had been as good as they looked on line.”

“Poor quality for the price. My sign was poorly painted, was streaky and patchy. There were areas where the paint had been covered and painted over. Lacked the robustness expected again for a bespoke and expensive item. Customer service was good however, they offered to make the sign again with a discount or alternatively to refund in full. I opted for a full refund.”

“The dog that I asked for on my plaque was nothing like the dog I asked for and then the numbers were wonky for the time that it took to make I expected more than I got especially for the money I paid”
