I can't believe that people are STILL buying into Verisure. Search "Verisure report on the one show" and it will show you exactly how they operate. We have been ripped off by them, paid about £1000 and left with NOTHING. I'm convinced that the people leaving good reviews don't realise what they've got themselves into. You have been warned!!!!!

Extremely poor service. Cameras are rubbish, kept losing charge. Told them 3 months ago to cancel the contract now they are saying the request was cancelled. No one calls you back and as usual no one higher to speak to. Would not recommend.

All they are interested is is in their commission and they will all the "tricks" to try and keep you. Their customer service is terrible with numerous phone to try and sort this out.

I have been trying to cancel my alarm since Dec 22. Called numerous times,spoken to so many people and have explained I donot want the alarm due to issues with it and price increases.Was informed I would need to give 3 months notice …I hv given you over 6 months notice ,not my fault there is no one there to sort it. Now I hv called again and hv been informed they will collect all the equipment. Never go with Verisure again ,it’s a rip off.

I've just had a alarm installed by two verisure so-called engineers,six hours later they finished not happy about there fittting and explanations of how to use etc.I also received a phone call today from Verisure they informed me about increase on monertering price's after 6 months

Terrible terrible service!!!! DO NOT USE THEM, 6 months of constant delays and issues and couldn’t fix any. Sometimes the alarm goes off randomly while I’m at home, & then alarm is not activated but get a call that it’s triggered??? Explanations or excuses from VERISURE funnily is WE ARE “NOT VERY SURE” what the problem is 😂😂 Changed the panel, then sorry it’s a software issue? Software is now sorted but now your panel is faulty 🤦🏻 SERIOUSLY!!!!

We had a break into restaurant this morning we were not notified alarms did not trigger, member of public had to report to the police. This is suppose to be a monitoring company, we called them this morning not heard back been almost 5 hours now

We installed Verisure in our house less than a year ago due to rising burglaries in our area. The salesperson offered us the zero vision add-on for a free trial of six months. However, we were never informed about the £80 removal fee, which was not disclosed by the seller or mentioned in the package information. This deceptive sales tactic is unacceptable from a company like Verisure. We are now considering other competitors with better commercial ethics. Overall, Verisure's lack of transparency and predatory sales techniques have left us disappointed. We’re now considering other competitors with similar offering and hopefully better commercial ethics.

Verisure installed a full system at my house. The sales person (Alex whose phone number ended in ..3146) confirmed to me that the system would work even if I didn't pay the monthly subscription fees. I maintained the subscription for over 12 months, but then decided didn't need it. The installation cost over £800 and i was told all the equipment will work even if I stopped the subscription service. When I called to cancel the subscription, they said that while the equipment would "work" without a subscription, I would not have access to the app and so the cameras would no longer work. I was also told that the control of the alarms would not work on the app but only through a physical fob on the door. AND that I would have to pay a further £99 for this 'downgraded' systems to work. I specifically asked about this from the sales person and he said I would be able to operate the system fully with no additional fees. Had I known there were all these fees and loss of functionality, I would not have taken the service and paid such a large fee up front for 'installation'. The company now says that their sales person must have lied to me and that I should have read the terms of the condition better. They also said this person no longer works at the company. Be very wary of Verisure and always read the small print. DO NOT TRUST their sales people or this company. The irony of how the company that I trusted to keep me protected from robbery, actually robbed me of over £800 through false promises is sadly one that I now have to live with.

I have written and emailed asking you to remove all your equipment and have had no response to my letter or email. We are within the 7 days which is what it states in your contract and it seems to me you are doing all you can to wiggle out of it. I have been called twice each time saying that it’s not a problem but nothing happened.

BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS! BEWARE! Absolutely disgusted with this company, they take advantage and completely Mis sold this to my mum. The initial payment was a huge amount of money that was paid in 2 instalments on the understanding she was paying for the equipment and paying a monthly fee for them to monitor the system. After 18 months of deciding she longer would the monitoring as the prices went up a lot they then said they will be coming to collect the equipment!! This is disgusting as I could have bought her the ring alarm system for an awful lot less and for it to be monitored! This is being taken further as you are taking advantage of elderly people and scamming them out of money!! UPDATE Just received a call from these scammers to say he completely understands BS!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company! We have a ring system with every device you can get and cost half the amount they ask for initially for the equipment you will never own. I wish I got this for my mum but instead she is now left hundreds of pounds down and absolutely nothing to show for it. I am heartbroken they have done this to my mum as she doesn’t have much money but wanted to feel safe.

avoid this company at all costs - we started on just under £30/m (which new customers can still get this price) they never contacted us at all whilst continually increasing the monthly payments which we found last week. the price has nearly doubled, their excuse "due to cost of living crisis" - my wife has been promised a call from a manager multiple times and no one ever calls and the support team simply dont care. if you want to cancel you'll be hit with a £99 fee and they will come and rip out the equipment so we'll need to redecorate most of the rooms at even more expense. we are going to cancel the direct debit as we firmly believe they have turned the contract into an "unfair contract" and thus is invalid, and they have also broken the direct debit rules but not informing us of increases. at the moment we paying £600/yr, any such system purchased privately will last 10+ years, so in 10 years we would of paid this crooks £6000 please avoid

Do not buy from this company they tell that the basic system is yours only for when you cancel they upgraded system that you don't own it then they say it's 2 months notice should of gone with our gut feeling and not get we now have to pay an extra month and £99 to remove some of the stuff

Dreadful service waiting 1 month for repair appointment, waited in for engineer who never turned up. Then had to wait for another month for next engineer. Recent problem same again waited 2 month for an engineer who cancelled his appointment as he took a day off now need to wait another month for the next appointment. So security is compromised yet again A waste if money time and effort. They also sneakily upped the monthly charge. So ditching this lot as a bad expensive experience.

Absolutely terrible service from Verisure. The cameras don't work properly and at the moment ours can't distinguish between a cat and a person! If the front camera works then the back one doesn't. Their excuse is that it's not CCTV and it doesn't record everything but how can a vehicle just drop out the sky and appear outside when it hasn't arrived? No customer service either but they're quick enough to take your money.

My neighbour has had this alarm system put in, and since then our TV's won't work, our signal is being blocked. Rang verisure, and was rudely told it wasn't them blocking the TV signal. Yet the same thing happened at my last address. RUDE and UNHELPFUL non caring company

Verisure Ireland have in my view the worst Customer Services I have personally experienced and that is including all the Banks/Utility companies/Rental companies/Retail companies/Online companies/Phone & Broadband that I have had to deal with over the years! Alarm installed for €299. Worked for 6 days. Alarm would not work, their App dead in the water. Many emails, phone calls, texts. No one gets the help we need. Even emailed the Verisure UK contacts. Told it was with the Ireland On-boarding team. ~2 weeks later still no response. Cancelled the contract during the cooling off period, suddenly someone rings from Verisure wondering it they can help now... I told them take their stuff out of the house. They removed it. Very unhappy experience and they are full of excuses. Still waiting for my Monthly refund and now they sent me a reminder they will try to take out money next money. You could'nt write this stuff!

I have been trying to cancel my account since November 2022! Still they are telling me they have tried to call me 7 times, funny I have no missed calls!! Just cancel my account. Simple! Very unhappy customer.
