Simply before sign the contract ask for the contact number to cancelletion team which you never get it!!! Dispite the formal cancellation notice send by register post 6 mont ahead to keep minimum term still send the invoice !!! Unbelivable , unrealistic company !!! Looks on the google review !!! Not even 1 human respond for negative feedback , just ble ble ble . Im ready to claim against in small court and reported about the unfair compsny to right obdusman !!!

Everything,…I was lied to right from the start …apparently I don’t own my alarm even though I paid them almost £500.. and I’m being forced to continue my monthly contract or they will charge me almost £300 to leave and also by doing that I actually don’t have an alarm… I’m disgusted just feel like ripping the whole thing out myself , plus my front door is ruined because the arlo door bell is stuck right in the middle ….. disgusted

Appalling ‘customer support’. After 2 months my issue with the Arlo security front doorbell has not been resolved in spite of emails to the company and demands for monthly ‘support’ service.

I was told I was buying the equipment when signing up and paying an initial payment. The monthly contract direct debits kept increasing without prior notice which goes against the direct debit guarantee. When cancelling my contact due to selling my house, I gave the required 3 months notice. I was then told I didn't own the equipment and they offered to sell it to me as a stand alonecalarm or my buter could take over my contract (£10 less per month than I'm paying!). Neither offer is accepted as my buyer doesn't want this alarm. I've repeated emailed asking them to arrange a date to remove their equipment and each time they say an engineer will contact me, but they never do! They've acknowledged overcharging by taking another month's payment but no refund given! Ph, and they still xharged ne in full the first 5 weeks despite the system not working properly!! Oh, and the annual service included in your £36 per month contract consists of them posting you a packet of batteries so you can do it yourself! So, if they won't collect their equipment my buyer can do with it as he pleases!! Awful company.....AVOID AVOID AVOID. I'll be reporting to trading standards because they just rip people off and the sysrem doesn't even work properly!

Absolutely disgusting service with mickey mouse people from finance dept, and over talking me so I couldn't explain, obviously very brave over a telephone line, asked them to remove the system, but just easier to remove yourself and put it in a box for the day of collection, simply buy your own cameras and safe yourself money with no contract and no rude mouse trying to be a lion over a telephone

Absolutely disgusting customer service! I tried to cancel my account with this company for over 3 months with no support or help from their team. The team were completely unequipped to deal with my problem, constantly contacted numbers which they had been told were not available. I was passed back and forth between agents and managers constantly over the 3 months with only one person (Lorraine) providing any ounce of kindness for my circumstances. In my last phone call I was patronised, laughed at and taunted by a customer service member who refused to offer me his name or put me through to his manager and then subsequently hung up on me. Verisure should be ashamed of themselves for the way they have treated myself and members of my family in our current circumstances. What was already an incredibly stressful period in our lives was made worse by their lack of support and complete lack of respect. They have consistently refused to cancel the contract despite me waiting their 3 month cancellation period. I will now be cancelling the direct debit. I have made countless phone calls in what has been the most difficult period of my life to try and do the right thing and cancel within the terms of the contract. I would never recommend this company to anyone and will warn people in the future to stay away from them.

Verisure has now had 3 consecutive engineer no shows to fix my alarm. It hasn't worked since January. A 4th visit was scheduled for today, but despite me telling them thay no-one is here after 1400 and them confirming this was recorded in the call notes, they sent a 1630-1830 appointment. The call centre agents do not seem to give a monkey's.

Disgusting company. Monthly prices going up for no reason. Sold a system with alarm, sensors, cameras, call monitoring etc and were told we could just cancel monthly call monitoring cost if we felt we no longer needed it and that the system was ours. MISSOLD!!!! We tried cancel the monthly cost and told we have to pay for the equipment which we were sold as ours, £99.00 for the alarm, £149.00 per camera which can be purchased elsewhere for£99.00 by the way! Verbally mislead I will be taking legal advice and reporting to Rip off Britain.

My advice is do not sign up. The prices are not transparent. 2 chaps were in my home going over ( and over) the products/service for hours, I live on my own. On the face of it it seemed quite good. Seen the adverts. I read the documentation BE AWARE ( I wish I had been) the set up and connection fee which is what you pay for there and then DOES NOT include the equipment. I was lied to by the sales rep and told this does. When you cancel the direct debit for the monitoring service they remove all the equipment as well unless you pay a further fee £99 + de installation costs. I feel totally misled...... please learn from my mistake . The rep was dishonest, the whole thing is misleading. It's not what it seems, you have been warned, I wish I had been. Lost alot of money. Oh and by the way the rep gives you his direct number. I signed up in September, his number is now unobtainable, funny that. False promises and not price transparent. Fees will go up each year. It will cost you. As advised dont sign up. Goodluck

I paid £50. Arranged for installation and they never turned up. This is over a year ago. Worse service ever. Avoid is my advice!

Wasn't told that unless you pay the monthly payment your system is no good and hv to pay to disconnect fee to field engineer of 135 pds or the monthly fee continues all you are told it's in terms and conditions which u are never told at point of selling absolute scam of money for a simple installation and not told by rep from firm blackmailing the purchasers and causing stress do not buy!!

I have no such words to describe this service. They do not deserve even one star. I received a very poor service. The amount of stress they caused made me unwell. My blood pressure was so high and I was experiencing palpitations. Therefore, I ended my contract in February 2023 all cameras were removed. I paid what I owed them before removing the cameras. I just received another monthly bill to pay. This service is awful and they do not communicate with each other. I would not recommend this service at all.

***Mis-sold*** engineer stated it would work alongside the business one it does'nt They said if you cancel the monitoring subscription alarm will still work and fobs will work. They don't. Told to ring up on 6 of Feb to cancel without penalty. They now have said no you have to pay 60 days. Asked for invoice over 30 days ago but nothing has arrived. I have since asked them to remove the equipment that you Pay £395 for but they want to remove it and keep the £395

I am not even a customer but Verisure put up a security system on my property (I am the sole owner) because someone who had no legal right to do so signed a contract with them. When I informed them that they had actually criminally damaged my property they didn’t seem to care! I have now involved the police

We had our installation done by Hadi.We found him to be very professional, very accommodating, polite and patient.We experienced excellent service, start to finish.All credit to Hadi.He explained all the functions to me and my husband more than once until we felt confident enough on how it worked and said we could call him any time if we needed advice.We were very happy.Thank you Hadi.

Verisure cold caller persueded my 87 year old disabled,widowed ,confused mother in law she needed a Verisure system when she didnt it was mis-sold but he would not leave the house until she signed a contract., took over £600 from her and lied to her about costs of running it. The system never worked and by the time we found out about what they had done the cooling off period had passed. Verisure have now removed the products but refuse to give her any money back,this company prey on the vunerable, Do Not get involved with this company,it is a prime example of Rip off Britain.

Purchase veisure alarm system and paid nearly £400 . We have been Misold the alarm system by this company. We purchased these in good faith and was not once told that these item have to be returned when we cancel our subscription. And if we downgrade the subscription we have to pay £99. We've had this system installed over 2 years ago,the membership just keeps rising and becoming very expensive! I am absolutely disgusted and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Well I thought all was OK but I have een fortunate not to be burgled during the last 4 years. I was sold the system some foe years ago while in Costo. Sales rep said after 12moths the system would be mine whether I chose to stay or not but had to give 3 mths notice. Originally quoted £25per mth. However once installed and didn't cover the out building they said it would (had to add separate alarm ourselves for that). The costs was £30 odd quid and gone up about every 6mths since. Increased in Nov now to £42 . I complained told they would reduce it . However this was implemented and in Jan want to put it uo to £48. Gave notice via email and messenger. Verisure wouldn't accept that said I ha to speak to someone for data protection reasons. Bumccome. And of course NO ONE CALLS you back within 5 to 7 days. I had that covered as sent an recorded letter of cancellation. NOW they want £99 to downgrade or will remove FREE. Hold on the ruipment is MINE and I was told I could keep it and use it on a basic level through my ozone but would not be monitored . I could just set it still from my ozone and fobs. Well as soon as I gave notice I can't use the app and now told this is not the case. £99 to keep it and will only work on fob I can't use ANY apps to co tr remotely. DONT BE RIPPED OFF. I am taking up with trading standard and would encourage other to do the same
