“I bought this make up to replace Clinique Continuous Coverage. Unfortunately, natural medium shade looks warm in the tub, but when applied is very white. The colour charts need to be a lot larger on the web pages. The translucent powder is however excellent”

“1st time I've purchased. Pots very tiny and only 1 of the 3 colours matched my skin tone so would have preferred option to buy 1 bigger pot than end up with 2 I won't need. No instructions so may be applying wrong, but did not get full coverage of tattoo on my wrist despite using the powder to set.”

Hi Suzanne, thank you for your review and feedback. The 3 colour tattoo set is a top up for the Veil tattoo camouflage kit. We sorry to hear the shades in this set were not a correct match for you. We have over 50 shades in the cover cream range so we do offer a Veil colour matching kit to purchase to trial to help find the correct shade . “The customer service really let this down. I purchased a clean a while and ordered the wrong shade - following bad advice from an "expert". I emailed asking to return it, but felt the attitude of the person who replied was accusatory. I was told I could return but that I really should have ordered a kit, that she would know if I'd used it. I'd like to add, I didn't use it, because I could see how pale it was on opening it. I didn't order a kit because I took advice from a person who uses this on a professional level. The woman who emailed, was frankly rude. I ordered a a kit eventually when I could afford to, but as yet I haven't decided if I should attempt it again, as the way I was treated and made to feel was terrible.”

“Can’t really say as I have only had colour samples. I’m afraid choosing the correct shade is a skill and is not that easy so I haven’t had the courage to order a pot that may be completely wrong.”

“Great but I think 10g of veil cream should be increased for its price as I feel there’s not enough. Also, the brush to apply the cream, I wasn’t so pleased with that as the brissle’s do start to come out.”

“Your trial kit is excellent. Your colour choice also. Sadly, I need the cover for song around the eye and it is just too pasty and thick for that area. Also it does not fix well even with the powder you kindly send with the kit. I end up with the cream unevenly spread in not time.”

“After lots of searching for a product to cover redness I decided on Veil Cover Cream. I’m so glad I sent for a sample box because unfortunately the cream irritated my skin and I felt it was too heavy for me. It made my skin feel uncomfortable and sensitive.”

“I bought a veil sample kit to try to hide my vitiligo. It has helped on a tiny spot on my face... but on bigger patches on my legs I can’t really get a good colour match.”
