I have received My order and the box containing the liquid features ATOM more than Hangsen. I have noticed quite a big difference in the liquid as it sticks more in my throat than normal. I have therefore just placed an order with another company which supplies brands made in the UK. I used to buy 20 or 30 bottles at a time

Hi Brice Thanks for your message and I'm sorry you were disappointed with your order. Just to explain, the Hangsen liquids you bought have always been called Atom, it's just that Hangsen have recently changed their branding and packaging so the Atom branding is now more prominent. You can see how the branding has changed on their website here https://hangsen.com/ The formulation of the liquids hasn't changed at all, only the packaging is different. We will email you privately to try to resolve this for you. It's possible the batch you received wasn't up to scratch. This is rare but it does happen. This order has not been recieved when checking the Tracking number it just says we will update this item when its out for delivery

The bottles were not sealed and one of them has a different shade of liquid in it

I have used this company as Vapester previously and now Vapekit for years and had great service. I recently had a discount code emailed but when I tried to use it it didn't work. Emailed them to querie why but after two days no response. Don't seem to be as responsive as they were. Shame as I had always found them good in the past.

I placed an order with this company last Monday 9th March and I am still waiting for my order. Spoke to someone who, whilst apologetic, tried to blame to post office workers not turning up for work using the corona virus as an excuse?? Despite the fact that I had post delivered every day last week. So really poor show from this company.

I've been using Vapester for the six months since my last ever cigarette. The oils are very reasonably priced, keep the craving for nicotine at bay and the delivery - free no less - is second to none Invariably the order is received the day after the order is placed.

Hi Mrs Carter We're very sorry you weren't happy with the liquids you received, but were slightly unsure from your email what you wanted us to send instead. Sadly I had a bad experience. I ordered some vape liquid that didn't arrive. I sent lots of messages and the last three messages were ignored so didn't get my liquids or my money back. Sad really as I never had a problem with them before.

I was sent the wrong products, I ordered the EVOD2 vaporizers x2 but was given the EVOD instead which are the old ones. they were xmas presents so I wasn't happy as I paid for the EVOD2. Anyway I sent an email explaining the situation but no response yet!
