“The customer service is second to none. The delivery is next day if you order before 4 o’clock the day previous. I had a problem with a couple of the vapes and the next day I received two more to replace them. Incredible service and I can’t praise them enough. So efficient and so well priced. “I bought a vape from them, and replacement coils.
On the Friday, I could not get any vapour from my vape, so I rang them and they helped me. They asked me to email photos. They emailed back promptly with instructions, as the tank was not flush with the rest of it.
Unfortunately this did fix my problem, and my vape had been discontinued, so they sent another by the same brand, which I like.
As the problem occurred on the Saturday, they sent it priority so I got it on the Sunday.
I would recommend these to anyone.”
“Can not recommend Vape Club enough. Not only for their Deals and range of disposable Vape Pods brands and flavours but their excellent customer service. I had an issue with one of my Pods which of course can happen. I used the Live Chat to let them know and within seconds they have issued a replacement in with my order I just Placed. They made it so quick and easy with apologies. I spoke to Ryan and I asked where I could let Vape Club know just how lovely and helpful he was. This has just confirmed to me that I am not looking to order from anywhere else. All other websites I have tried or looked at always have so many flavours out of stock. Some websites have the odd deal however Vape Club consistently do 3 for £12 on Lost Mary Pods and always get the newest flavours before I see them anywhere else.

Delivery time is so quick! and delivery is free over £20.
I was delivered a different disposable vape (1 out of the 6 i ordered) to the one i ordered.
I ordered a pink lemonade 10mg and a peach ice 20mg turned up. Both are the same colour and brand so i can understand the mix up.
I emailed the customer service team, and Luke got back to me very quickly. He apologised and asked for a picture of my paper invoice which came with the delivery and a picture of what was delivered, for confirmation. This was also to make sure it didn't happen again on their end.
I provided the picture and again, Luke was quick to get back to me, he apologised again and said they would send me the correct vape and to keep the one i recieved in error as a goodwill gesture.
I was over the moon with the service from start to finish, and even happier when i didn't have to make a trip to the post office!

“I’ve ordered from vapeclub multiple times before and I’ve never had an issue with an order - they’ve always kept their delivery and dispatch promise and got everything spot on every time. The one time I did have an issue with my order wasn’t major as I had ordered a flavour very similar to the one which was accidentally delivered. I got in touch with Sebastian over live chat who advised me to send over a picture with my invoice and the items delivered, and as soon as I did this, Sebastian came back with a brilliant resolution. I was happy to keep the mistaken flavour but the team at VapeClub went above and beyond and shipped out the missing flavour without requesting return of the incorrectly shipped one.
