“When we first started out with cameras, we needed a lot of assistance in choosing the right units for broadcasting online. Use-IP helped out enormously, and as some of it had to be essentially trial and error, their support and assistance were invaluable. since then we have expanded our "fleet" from the original 3 to a total of 56! Thanks guys!”

“Brilliant service from use-IP, spent a long time talking to Kyle at use-IP to discuss my requirements and to find the right camera. Bought a camera and NVR and the support they offered after delivery was first class. Don’t go anywhere else, but from these guys as you’ll be in safe hands!!”

“Hi, We have 5 cameras all bought from Use IP some time ago, our NAS that was recording had some issues so time to get an NVR, having done some research and review information found on Use IP Web site we bought an DS 7608NI I2/8P. We downloaded the latest software iVMS 4200, took me some time to figure out how all worked. Having excellent advise from this company over the cameras. The purchase of the NVR was a no brainer. There many companies around that don't care about there customers these days, Use IP is a company that you can Trust...”

“The first time i've bought CCTV equipment. I had a fair idea what i was looking for, even down to certain models, however had a few queries also. The team at Use IP were quick to respond to my enquiry, with no pressure to make a rushed purchase. Once ordered, items arrived promptly with plenty of updates from Use IP and their couriers. Overall very pleased and would buy again (and have already made a 2nd purchase for something i forgot off my initial order). One improvement would be if they move to using a greener alternative to the plastic air bags which they use within the shipping boxes - the airbags say they're made by a company over in mainland Europe, so double-not-green shipping those to the UK first :(”

I also value the extensive user guides they offer which provides you with detailed instructions on how to install and maintain a CCTV system. I would highly recommend them.”

“Normally I buy my equipment here on the mainland but due to stock issues I needed another seller. Found Use-Ip. Very nice website with tons of information. Order was delivered within 3 days and overall a very good webshop. Only the required sign in and no guest option is the only point I’d see to make a comment about.”
