“Use-ip provide an excellent service from advice on camera selection through to full installation support. I have bough 3 DS-2DE2103 Mini PTZ Network Cameras from use-ip, whilst in the process of commissioning the cameras, I had issues with port forwarding and external access to the camera from the internet. I was provided with real time chat support from Kieran, which proved invaluable. He got me up and running in no time. Fantastic service, will definitely be buying from use-ip again.”

“On-line order had a quick reply due to a stock problem. A suitable alternative was offered at no cost to me :-) . The camera I ended up with is the DS-2DE5220I-AE. Picture quality is very good with the IR being proportional to the zoom and working well to the 50m required. Number plates can only be read on stationary vehicles. Can't increase frame rate above 25fps. Tried motion detection but the auto day\night switching played havoc with this, generating lots of false detections. This appears to be a common issue with Hikvision cameras according to forums. Scheduling the day night switching improves matters but not totally. As I'm moving the camera around, motion detection was not a requirement. Overall, pleased with the camera and wouldn't hesitate from buying from use-ip again.”

“I already knew what cameras I wished to use so it only came down to service, confidence in the retailer and unit price. On all these points use-IP scored highly in my research. Once dealing with them direct my selection was fully justified the cameras were at the best price around, their communication was excellent and the previous high review scores are an accurate reflection, in my opinion. Although I did not need to contact them for support there are loads of supporting guides available and i have no doubts they would have helped me directly should I had had need to call them. Excellent company and customer service and one I would not hesitate to use again or recommend.”

“I've placed a number of orders with Use-IP in the past 12 months, and on each occasion the experience has been somewhat boring! “Pre and after sales service was second to none. Considering their prices are so low they provide such high quality service. I was guided thought the purchasing and all my questions answered truthfully (they were not just trying to grab as much money as possible) I had a question about the NVR so I rang them and spoke to a techie straight away, this is a nice touch as other suppliers previously told me to speak to the manufacture”
