“The team at use-IP were very helpful – we used their online chat service initially and then Keoni managed to match a price from another online retailer. Having worked with use-IP in the past we decided to go with them again due to their excellent friendly service. The Luxriot EVO software is a great improvement on previous versions and has helped with our overall security profile.”

“Our school required additional cameras to cover a new car park and barrier system. We spoke to use-IP and after giving them the job details took us through their camera recommendations and lens types. This time the type we installed was a smaller bullet camera and all I can say is that they have all been absolutely perfect. They arrived the next day after placing the order and both in night and day the images have been spot on. Unfortunately I can't upload images as we are a school but we have again been completely happy with use-IP. Advice 10/10, delivery 10/10, price 10/10”

“Ordered 4 bullet cameras that I had to exchange as they looked too big and commercial for a residential property. All staff at Use-IP that I interacted with to replace with smaller cameras were excellent. Brilliant service and will use again.”

“First class customer service and tech help. I Have used this company on and off for just over a year now and Kieran has always been first class in tech help for my system and as a novice user some of my questions were pretty basic but he was always patient and solved my problems. This time a slight hiccup occurred and a part was recommended which it turned out would not fit but as soon as use-ip realised this the part was replaced very quickly and to my great satisfaction. I will be purchasing again from and thoroughly recommend use-ip. (And before someone says it I do NOT work for or have any connection with use-ip).”

“This isn't the first time I've used use-IP and when adding another camera to my system I didn't consider going anywhere else. If ever you have a problem or need some advice you can speak to someone immediately and always resolve and issue. I can 100% recommend and will continue to use myself”

“We usually buy our cameras from large main stream distributors but this time we decided to try ordering on-line from Use-IP. The pre-sales chat support was very good and the sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. Pricing was very competitive and the order arrived well packed and the next day despite opting for 2-3 day delivery. We will certainly use this company again.”

“The Hikvision CCTV I bought is a high quality camera and now it's set up it's excellent. Use-IP Ltd were very helpful in identify the right product and accessories for my needs. However without the outstanding support from 'use-IP Ltd', I would have struggled with the setup to make it functional. This is a classic example of needing old fashioned technical support. 'Use-IP Ltd' were outstanding, yes outstanding, in providing this support. I cannot recommend 'use-IP Ltd' highly enough, they are the 'go to' experts for CCTV systems. Great products, competitive pricing, but above all outstanding support. Happy to be quoted. Jon Watkinson MBE”
