“The camera has a good quality of image, I'm really satisfied with the result of the screenshots. For my personal use, the goal is to be able of identify people who would enter into my garden. The package and the sending were satisfying as well, nothing to say.”

“I found Use IP some years ago when I installed my first IP camera. The service then was impeccable. I went some years before requiring more and looked Use IP up again. Can only say that have got better, their knowledge and advice both spot on allowing me to quickly pick camera that would do what I wanted. After sales with links to software and tutorials, first class, e En now if I have a question I go to Use IP first. Thank you”

“I have been looking to buy a HikVision CCTV setup for months and contacted use-IP via a chat session on their website. Great friendly service and very knowledgeable of their products. They even informed my of the current offers to ensure I got the correct deals. Kit arrived very quickly and well packaged. Cant fault them.”

“The camera was sent the next day and I got it just couple of days later by courier (outsite UK). This is the first time when an automatic email is followed by an email sent by an employees to specify that the parcel will be sent the day after, but it may take another day to get it. For me, customer care can be rated to maximum. The supporting videos for products they are selling are probably the best on the net: they are infinite better than any other product descriptions or reviews. My choice was a Hikvision, and I have to admin that without use-IP I wouldn't choose it. Their "live chat" is live! I got the answer to my question in just a couple of minutes. Did I mention the prices: before I'm buying I'm doing a serious research and I can say they are very competitive (if not the cheapest). So, do not hesitate to do business with those guys. Ask them anything you want to know, they are the best.”
